Maplewoods Realty Group becomes newest F.C. Tucker affiliate Goshen, Ind. - Maplewoods Realty Group recently announced its affiliation with the F.C. Tucker Company, the largest independent real estate firm in Indiana. The office, under its new name F.C. Tucker/Maplewoods Realty Group, is operated by Lou Ann Stoner, principal broker, and Larry Smith, managing broker. This office is the 32nd F.C. Tucker affiliate. F.C. Tucker/Maplewoods Realty Group operates with six licensed REALTORS® who serve Elkhart, La Grange and Kosciusko counties. Combined, the team has 25 years of experience. The group plans to add more REALTORS® in 2009. "We are pleased to announce our new partnership with Maplewoods Realty Group," said H. James Litten, president of F.C. Tucker Company's Resident Real Estate Services Division. Principal broker Stoner started Maplewoods Realty Group in November 2008, shortly before pursuing a partnership with F.C. Tucker Company. Stoner has more than five years of real estate experience and attended the American Institute of Banking, where she gained knowledge in banking and title services. She lives in North Goshen and is a member of Jefferson Brethren Church. She received her broker's license from Beer School of Real Estate in 2005. Managing broker Smith has a background in business management and ownership, and has five years of real estate experience. He holds a business degree from the University of Toledo. Before joining forces with Stoner, Smith was a co-owner of his family's business. Smith and his family live in Goshen. He is an active member of Pleasantview Mennonite Church.
