F.C. Tucker Company Sales Associates Honored at Annual Banquet

INDIANAPOLIS – Several F.C. Tucker Company sales associates were honored this week at F.C. Tucker Company’s annual awards banquet in Indianapolis.

For the 20th consecutive year, Bif Ward (Meridian North) was named the 2006 F.C. Tucker Associate of the Year, based on total sales volume in 2006. She also received the 2006 Marketing Excellence Award for listings sold with a licensed team member and for listings and buyers combined with a licensed team member.

Indianapolis Top 10 awards, based on highest closed volume, were presented to Dale Billman (Northeast), Ted Butz (9201 Group), Jeff Carroll (Castleton), Karen H. French (Meridian North), pegg kennedy (Castleton), Sue Lerchen (Meridian North), MacGill Team (Meridian North), Matthew McLaughlin (Meridian North), John R. Stewart (9201 Group) and Ward. These winners used a licensed team member for more than six months of 2006.

Carroll also received the 2006 Performance Award, given to the associate who had the highest closed volume increase from 2005 to 2006.

Indianapolis Top 10 awards, based on highest closed gross volume without a licensed team member for more than six months of 2006, were presented to: Lisa Kercheval Aerne (Noblesville), Joannie Burgett (South), Deb Castino (Noblesville), Robert A. Cowan (Carmel), Marie A. Ippolito (Castleton), Jim Jackson (Castleton), Christine Jones (Meridian North), Gina L. Rininger (East), Carl Vargas (West) and Sandy Weddle (Meridian North).

Marketing Excellence awards were awarded to the following associates:

  • Vargas, listings sold and listing and buyers combined without a licensed team member
  • Gene Tumbarello (Northeast), buyers represented with a licensed team member
  • Ruth C. Williams (Northeast), buyers represented without a licensed team member

Leading each office in closed gross volume sales, without using a licensed assistant for more than six months, were John R. Stewart (9201 Group), Cowan, Jackson, Rininger, Kelly D. Dather (Fishers), Andy Deemer (Keystone/86th), Susan H. Miller (Keystone/86th), Weddle, Kerchavel Aerne, Mickey Peek (Northeast), Burgett, Gail Kolasinski (Suburban North), Vargas and Mark A. Lopez (Zionsville).

Carroll, Kay Kammeyer (Fishers), The Dorman Team, Joan’s Team (Keystone/Haverstick), Ward, John Story (Noblesville), Billman, Diane Brooks (Suburban North) and Mary Jane O’Brien (Zionsville) led each office in closed gross volume sales with a licensed assistant for more than six months of 2006.

Christine Buell (Keystone/Haverstick) and Dan Powell (Castleton) won Rookie of the Year for units sold and volume of sales respectively. Kevin Andrews (West) received the 2006 First Year with Tucker Award. Based on the highest closed volume, the First Year with Tucker Award is given to agents who do not qualify for Rookie of the Year, either because they are experienced sales associates or because they served as a licensed assistant for more than six months.
