F.C. Tucker Company announces opening of downtown office F.C. Tucker Company, Indiana’s largest independently owned real estate company, today announced the opening of a new downtown office, located at 342 Massachusetts Ave. This is the company’s first downtown office in nearly 40 years. “We’ve maintained a strong real estate presence in the downtown area through our eight Marion County offices,” said H. James Litten, president of F.C. Tucker’s Residential Real Estate Services Division. “But, the more recent influx of home buyers into the downtown market has necessitated an office that is more convenient for our customers and sales associates. This office will provide a great option for real estate consumers who live and/or work downtown and those who are looking to move downtown.” The 1,200-square-foot office is available to all F.C. Tucker sales associates serving clients in the downtown area. The facility is equipped to handle day-to-day business, including meetings, client correspondence and even home sale closings.
