F.C. Tucker Company and Shoopman Home Building Group join forces NDIANAPOLIS – In a move to share expertise and resources, two leading Indiana companies – F.C. Tucker Company with expertise in home sales and Shoopman Home Building Group with expertise in new home construction – have agreed to an innovative model home staffing arrangement placing 21 experienced F.C. Tucker sales associates into model homes in seven Indianapolis-area communities being developed by Shoopman Custom Homes and Shoopman Home Building Group. "This is a win-win model for both of our companies," said H. James Litten, president of F.C. Tucker Company's Residential Real Estate Services Division, "but more important, it's a win for home-buying consumers. By visiting a Shoopman model home in any of the seven communities, consumers will be served by veteran real estate professionals with both new and existing home sales experience, plus have immediate access to any of the new home communities in which Shoopman is building and the entire Broker Listing Cooperative of homes for sale in Central Indiana. It's a convenient, one-stop shop for consumers who are thinking about buying a home anywhere in Central Indiana."
